Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship all orders in metros within 2–3 working days, while orders to outlying areas may take longer. We will communicate the potential delay when unforeseen situations occur, such as products being out of stock.

Please note that during high-volume periods or special promotions, dispatch times may be affected. We deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays). No deliveries are made over weekends or public holidays.

To ensure your order is processed as efficiently as possible, please provide a valid street address where someone will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier service, unfortunately, cannot provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during the specified hours, please provide an alternative address when ordering products.

Our delivery rates are R99 (inclusive of VAT) for orders under R850. Orders above R850 do not pay any delivery fee.

Special orders, including free delivery, are subject to change. We reserve the right to amend any rates at any time without giving prior notice.

The Company only delivers in South Africa. Refunds are only made to South African bank accounts.
